Since the founding of Professional Hearing Care and Audiology in 1982, Joy Kleinman has served as the Director of Operations and Community Outreach. In her role, Joy oversees the daily operations of the clinics and leads community engagement efforts, working closely with patients in assisted living communities, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, compassionate hearing care.
Joy’s personal experience with hearing loss gives her a deep understanding of the challenges her patients face and drives her commitment to helping others stay connected through better hearing. Her leadership and empathy are central to the practice’s mission of delivering accessible, patient-centered audiological care.
