I bought a Starkey Edge AI24 from Professional Hearing Care And Audiology in January. I can only say wonderful things about it! It is very comfortable and I can hear really well. I had a prior hearing aid from another company that never gave me the awesome hearing that I enjoy now. Being able to hear in different settings, like crowds, outdoors, and I can even hear what the grandkids are saying, has been monumental for me. I was tired of asking family members to repeat what they were saying, and I think it was also taxing on them. Robert Kleinman is the audiologist that made this happen. He is extremely patient, answers all of my questions, and is an expert in his field. I can always call and leave a message with questions and he gets back to me quickly. Beltone is an incredible blessing to have in the community. I’ve been going past for years (I do not require their services), but someone I love very much does.

I called them to make an appointment for him, and they were so friendly and helpful…fit us right in with no problem!

Fast forward to coming in for the appointment, and they were, if it’s even possible, even more friendly. You can tell they love what they do and their clients as well.

They are very knowledgeable about what they do, they really truly care about the people who come to them for assistance.

My kids and I waited for my loved one to be finished with their appointment and they were so accommodating and helpful! Had a lovely conversation as well while we waited.

I would highly recommend coming in if you are in need of their services. And from what I could gather, I believe this location is run by a family! Always a wonderful thing to be able to support local.
